About us
Inspire Tomorrow Education is a volunteer-run not-for-profit that aims to make education equity a reality.
For youth, by youth
Inspire Tomorrow Education (ITE) was founded by Phoebe Britten in 2024, with a singular purpose: to break down the barriers to Australian tertiary education and empower future changemakers.
We’re not just another organisation – we’re a movement driven by a deep commitment to creating a world where every student, regardless of their background, has access to education opportunities.
ITE provides support to students in need via tutoring, mentorship and scholarship programs. But we don’t just provide aid – we empower future leaders at a grassroots level, igniting their potential to become tomorrow’s changemakers.
Our journey has only just begun. With every step forward, we’re lighting the way toward a future where every student, no matter where they come from, can realise their human right to quality education.
“Education is a privilege that empowers us to make a positive impact on our world... It is incumbent upon all of us to carry that privilege with a level of responsibility - to use our education and our skills not only for personal gain, but to give back to those who may not have been as fortunate.”
— Phoebe Britten, Founder & CEO

Our programs
ITE provides free support to eligible students to help them access university. We have two core programs: online tutoring and scholarship application support.
-
Our team
ITE is led by Founder and CEO Phoebe Britten. It is run entirely by volunteers. The team consists mostly of current and recent university students. This makes them well placed to support the next cohort of students!
-
Our motivation
The privatisation of the Australian education system has produced locational, cultural and economic disadvantages for high-school students. We’re on a mission to bridge this education gap and dismantle barriers to accessing tertiary education.
-
Our impact
At ITE, we’re proud of the difference we’re making in the lives of students across Australia. Since our launch in 2024, we’ve been breaking down barriers and creating real opportunities for those who need it most.

Our story
ITE’s genesis lies in the personal journey of our Founder, Phoebe Britten. Phoebe was one of the first people in her family to attend university. Having moved from regional Australia, she was shocked by the stark reality of modern tertiary education:
The systematic exclusion of countless bright students from underprivileged backgrounds (including first-in-family university students, students with refugee, or culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and/or students from regional and remote areas)
The confusing and often inaccessible processes for scholarships and non-traditional entry pathways
The significant lack of awareness of scholarships offered by different universities
These revelations sparked Phoebe’s passion to create an academic landscape that fosters inclusion and equitable opportunities for all students, regardless of circumstance.
We’d love you to join us in shaping a tomorrow where education is within reach for all Australians.
